Weight is more important than the pressure to be fit, says study
To try to control blood pressure and keep it at healthy levels, a new study suggests that worrying about weight is more important than being in shape.
The study contacted once again that people who are overweight or obese are more likely to have a systolic blood pressure-the highest number in a blood pressure reading. But the way those with a BMI (body mass index) was high only a small impact on blood pressure.
The results suggest that people who are trying to reduce the risk of high blood pressure should focus on losing weight as effectively as they can, according to the authors, and that increased physical fitness should be a secondary goal.

Brains of obese and addicts have the same changes
